Homework

Our Ww homework page came home today. Please work with your child to complete this page. We worked on our new bubblegum words /mom/and /dad/. We enjoyed eating watermelon. Please work with your child to complete this Ww page. Homework is due on Wednesday; they will make it up during recess if turned in late.

 

PTO Meeting

The Benton PTO committee will be having their meeting Tuesday, March 9^th at 6pm here at Benton. All are welcome to attend.

 

½ day

Thursday, March 11^th will be a ½ day of school due to teacher in-service meetings. Parent pickups will be dismissed at 12:25, daycare at 12:30, walkers at 12:35 and bus students will dismiss at 12:40.

 

NO SCHOOL

Friday, March 12^th school WILL NOT be in session for Spring Break. Classes will resume on Monday, March 15^th.

 

 

 

 School breakfast week

All next week will be School Breakfast week. Each day next week the breakfast trays will have a goody or prize.

Put a “Cap” on Cancer

Every Friday in March is our “cap on cancer” day. If your child donates $.50 they get to wear a hat all day.

 

 

 

Talent Show

We have a talent show every year at the end of May. There are so many students interested that we have to hold auditions. The audition forms will be coming home on Monday. If your child is interested, please fill it out and return it back to me ASAP.
